As speech-language pathologists, we were inspired to create The Right Start Early Intervention Program after having many parents seek early intervention services for their children.
Right Start is based on the simple idea that ALL children are capable of learning if the environment is specially structured to suit individual learning needs. We have used our experience as speech-language pathologists to create a fun, rich program that can benefit all children. Our program is carefully designed and structured to build on each stage of your child’s natural language and communication development, providing just the right combination of fun, excitement and learning. Crucially, Right Start is a full program – meaning your little one will continue to be challenged and engaged no matter what age they are; we simply move with their developmental level.
Our unique program was developed from our past experiences working alongside a team of experts, including special education teachers, psychologists, occupational therapists, behaviour therapists and fellow speech and language pathologists. You can be confident that our program would not interfere with more formal learning programs and will make the transition into the best suitable setting for your child.
Since we launched in 2012, we have been absolutely thrilled by the response from parents and children. We believe that Right Start offers something special for your child. We are dedicated to helping your children develop communication skills and confidence – perhaps the most important skills we ever learn!

SLPs Commonly Work with Individuals on the Autism Spectrum (With or Without Autism Training). Since individuals who have autism typically have difficulty communicating, it is natural that autism and SLPs go hand in hand. With the growing autism population, it is extremely valuable that our Right Start SLPs specialize in this area, and have received specific training, in order to support individuals who are on the spectrum for autism.
FREE CONSULTATION If you suspect your child may have autism, the first step is to talk to us about your concerns. We offer a free consultation with our Directors to find out more about your child's development and your current concerns. Based on the discussion, we will be able to offer you our best clinical suggestions on next steps and plan of care as well as to answer any questions you might have.
